Norbert Robinson, RPh, MBA
Director of Pharmacy
LifeBridge Health Northwest Hospital and Grace Medical Center
Norbert Robinson, RPH, MBA, is currently the Director of Pharmacy for Northwest Hospital and Grace Medical Center in the LifeBridge Health System for the last six years.
With over 30 years of escalating leadership experience in healthcare, Norbert is well versed in optimizing drug distribution systems, expanding clinical services, reducing medication errors and advancing patient safety. In his current role, he holds fiscal responsibility for both pharmacy inventories and operational responsibility for a combined team of 55 full-time employees. He bolsters improvements in clinical and operational programs while ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple facilities. He is a strong advocate for collaboration and mentorship, believing that cultivating leadership skills within his team is vital to achieving departmental success.
Throughout his career, Norbert has spearheaded major projects. His track record includes implementing comprehensive electronic medical record systems, integrating automated dispensing cabinets across hospitals, launching 340B purchasing programs, and overseeing the construction of USP 797-compliant IV rooms. Before stepping into his current role, he built a strong foundation of leadership as the Manager of Operations at Yale-New Haven Hospital in Connecticut for over 12 years, and as a Director of Pharmacy within both the University of Maryland and Bon Secours health systems.
Norbert holds a pharmacy degree from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Quinnipiac University. He is deeply dedicated to a multidisciplinary approach to caring for patients and advocating for pharmacy representation at the table when designing and executing high quality care for our patients.
Zainab Raza, PharmD

Zainab Raza, PharmD, is the Pharmacy Operations Manager at Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, Maryland. Dr. Raza oversees daily pharmacy operations while focusing on workflow optimization, controlled medication diversion, and safe medication practices. She partners closely with pharmacists, technicians, nurses, and hospital leadership to support efficient pharmacy services throughout Northwest Hospital. Dr. Raza is particularly passionate about team development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and advancing the operational performance within the pharmacy department. Dr. Raza earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Notre Dame of Maryland University
Jessica Hagy, PharmD, BCPS
Pharmacy Clinical Supervisor
LifeBridge Health Northwest Hospital
Jessica Hagy, PharmD, BCPS, is a Pharmacy Clinical Supervisor at Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, Maryland. Dr. Hagy oversees clinical pharmacy services, mentors pharmacists and residents, and plays a key role in system-wide stewardship programs focused on anticoagulation and pain management. She also serves as Residency Program Director for the hospital’s PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program. Dr. Hagy earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist.
